INTERCONTINENTAL MIAMI BY IHG, Miami – Your ideal downtown stay

I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The rooms were spacious, had a great view, and served as an ideal base for exploring Miami. Although the price charged could be improved, the cleanliness and maintenance were top-notch. The beautiful rooms, albeit slightly dated, were still nice and impeccably clean.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were very well equipped and large, clean, and extremely comfortable, but I had to request servicing late in the day and wait 45 minutes for housekeeping. The leaking shower was a downside.

I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-appointed with a mini bar, couch, iron/board, Kupps coffee maker, and a hair dryer. The bed and pillows were so comfy, and I enjoyed the bites and free alcohol in the evenings along with a full breakfast in the mornings. The only drawback was a bit of pouring under the door, which was a minor inconvenience.

My stay at the Intercontinental, as a guest of one of the professional sports teams, had its ups and downs. The rooms were spacious and super clean, but they looked dated and tired, and the pricing felt too high for what we received. The location was convenient for an overnight stop prior to a cruise, offering magnificent views across the harbor, but the amount of sun exposure was limited. The service had its moments of disappearing and swiftly returning with choices, yet some staff seemed angry and unhappy. The dining experience had its highs and lows with a varied breakfast but at a very high cost. Overall, a mixed bag of experiences.

I loved the hotel's welcoming entrance, spacious bathroom, and relaxing king bed room area. However, I was a bit chilly during my stay, and the lack of emergency instructions made me feel concerned. The hotel booklet in the room was informative.
